Organization and Responsibilities Description
Reuben H. Fleet Science Center is a non-profit entity which seeks to inspire life-long learning by furthering the public's understanding and enjoyment of science and technology. HDP 191 students may observe and interact with visitors, and perform exhibit and program evaluations. Responsibilities include designing surveys, conducting visitor research, and interpreting results. Fluency in English and Spanish would be optimal but it is not required. It is also helpful to be outgoing, friendly, prompt and professional.

Orientation Requirement
Once placement is confirmed, please contact the site mentor to schedule an orientation prior to your first visit.
Check-in Procedure
Check in at reception for initial meetings. Afterwards an ID badge will be issued to allow access during hours of operation.
Research Availability
Monday - Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Willing to to work around student's schedule.
Dress Code
Casual, neat attire.
Test Requirements
- Letter of clearance from the HDP Field Research Coordinator
