Select Physical Therapy (PT) is a private national rehabilitation company with over 700 outpatient clinics throughout the USA. There are 8 clinics in San Diego county.
The Clairemont Mesa office works primarily with adolescents through senior adult clients with orthopedic issues. We occasionally work with neurological and general medical diagnosed clients. We offer physical therapy with 4 physical therapists, 2 rehabilitation technicians and 2 orthopedic certified specialists.

Clearance Requirement
- Two-Step PPD process for TB Test
- Orientation (1st day at site, roughly 15 minutes)
- Training on a computer at site

Tuesday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am
